Robert has owned his watch servicing business since 1975. His professional qualification was achieved by practical examination in 1977: MBHI, Member of the British Horological Institute (BHI). He has trained at Rolex, Omega, ETA Watch Factory in Switzerland, the British Horological Institute Education Trust, and he is an accredited Rolex repairer.
With a fully equipped workshop meeting industrial standards, all pressure testing and timing analysis can be performed in house. Rolex training and updates ensure specialist knowledge of the latest products and specifications. If you choose to have your watch repaired with us, details will be discussed over the phone, via email or you can pay us a personal visit by pre-arranged appointment.

If watches need to be posted, they are sent via Royal Mail with their Special Delivery insurance protection.
